Chicago Tribune Names Wavicle Data Solutions to Top Workplaces List for Third Consecutive Year

Data analytics firm employees describe workplace as innovative, transparent, and inclusive
CHICAGO (November 8, 2022) – Chicago-based Wavicle Data Solutions, a leading data analytics firm offering cloud migration services and data management consulting, today announced it has made the Chicago Tribune’s 2022 Chicago Top Workplaces list. This is the third consecutive year Wavicle has made the list, which is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of any organization, including alignment, execution, and connection, to name a few.
Wavicle’s 2022 survey results reveal high marks in multiple areas, with the most notable being “New ideas are encouraged,” “Leaders understand what is happening,” “I believe Wavicle Data Solutions is going in the right direction,” and “Enables me to work at my full potential.” When asked to describe the company culture, employees used keywords like innovative, transparent, flexible, inclusive, teamwork, encouragement, and opportunity.
